Meeting content:
Content will be devised from the responses of the registration questionnaire to ensure that the meeting accurately represents the participants' interests. The rough format of the meeting is as follows:

Each session would have 3 or 4 10-15 min presentations followed by discussion/debate/open floor. The meeting is not a conference but a workshop/national lab meeting so attendees are free to bring some example data etc. even if not presenting. At the end of each session the relevant products will be identified from the vendors attending along with the person to discuss them with.
Location
The meeting will be held in the Michael Smith Building at the University of Manchester. This new biological and biomedical research complex is sited at a central location in the University's biomedical corridor, adjacent to Medicine, Chemistry, the Manchester Royal Infirmary, the Manchester Incubator Building and the Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility. Directions to the University can be found here and the building is located in the southern end of the campus as shown on the map (building 71 next to car park G). Be aware that parking at the University will be difficult due to construction work and therefore it is advised to use local accommodation (see below) or public transport.
Registration
As one of the aims of these meetings is to address and discuss participants' current interests registration for this meeting involves the completion of a questionnaire. The meeting program will be designed from the responses received.

Accommodation
The recommended accommodation for the meeting is the Manchester Business School on the University campus. We're no longer able to offer this accommodation at the 'discount rate' but some rooms are still available for booking directly from them at about £60 per night, just call on 0161 275 6303.
